We will collaborate with you to find out where you are in the planning process, recommend and help select vendors still needed, and tie up any loose ends so you are able to enjoy your last few months as fiancés and head into wedding bliss stress-free!

- Extensive wedding day timeline creation and distribution
- Vendor contract review and confirmation
- Assistance booking up to 3 additional vendors
Wedding Day
- Complete coordination (up to 10 hours) including setup/breakdown
- Additional assistant for up to 300 guests
- Vendor setup oversight for all spaces
- Single point of contact for all vendors
- Personal decor setup (card box, photos, etc.)
- Wedding party assistance prior to ceremony
- Orchestration of all events (entrances, toasts, dances, exits)
